Many call it the Mark of Science or the Mark of Knowledge, while those who attribute divine meaning to the empire’s history often refer to it as the Mark of Rebirth. Although the First Kingdom’s royal lineage has long since shifted to another house, Palace Torelli remains eternally a spot of reverence for the vision it awakened and continues to serve.
When the fall of war took its toll on humanity, Azeita Scezitar’s efforts during and beyond it evolved the human kingdom into an empire. The city of Sentoros would emerge from her plight and go on to become the capital of the new Second Kingdom. At its impenetrable heart lies the Stronghold Scezitar, forever etched as the the Mark of Endurance. It stands as an unassailable fortress, for many centuries having such a devotional fortitude that it was considered the most guarded place in the empire’s expanse. Azeita Scezitar and her steadfast followers laid its foundation stone by stone, birthing not only a stronghold but also House Scezitar’s royal legacy in it. It has become known also as the Mark of Strength or to some, the Mark of Dissonance, a resounding symbol of humanity’s unyielding resolve, echoing through the ages.
And as the calendar of fate changed into a new season of adventure, it was Tenik Fiairi, a man with little left to him but his name, who was among the first to brave the searing breadth of the desert and uncover the nameless dangers to its west. Through the embrace of magic, he prevailed, forging with it a legacy that remains to see its conclusion, still ripe in its infancy. At the heart of Tenebris, the city named after him as its intrepid founder, Castle Fiairi stands resolutely as the newest of the Three Marks, the center of the new world that houses the now Royal House Fiairi. Often called the Mark of Adventure, the Mark of Magic, or the Mark of Eminence, it serves as a constant reminder to many of the boundless potential and glory that awaits those who dare to dream.
