The Guild

During the inception of the Third Kingdom, Galeo the Gallant emerged as a pioneer, serving as the first “Adventurer” and the Founder of the Adventurers Guild. His actions paved the way for subsequent adventurers to embark on quests for wealth and glory in the early years of the kingdom’s establishment.

The uncharted territories, plagued by menacing monsters, unpredictable magical leylines, and treacherous landscapes, owed their exploration, conquest, and eventual pacification in large part to Galeo’s tireless efforts. Unfortunately, his career took an unexpected turn following a fateful expedition to the Vasir Mountains that ended in resounding failure.

In respite, today, Galeo has assumed the role of a professor at the City in the Sky, all while retaining a significant stake in his company: The Adventurers Guild Inc. Over the years, the establishment of inns, hotels, training grounds, and weapon shops, all officially sanctioned by the Adventurers Guild, has been overseen by him. The comprehensive system of Adventurers, their hierarchical rankings, and distinct job profiles were all brainchildren of his, spawning numerous Guilds within this framework.

Despite his financial successes, however, his defeat in the Vasir Mountains remain a weighty burden on his soul. Yet, Galeo’s ambitions remain undaunted. Steadfast in his ambition, he plans one day to avenge his fallen comrades and eventually conquer the Southern lands, whether on his own or with the support of the Great Houses, and furthermore aspires to set sail across the Archipelago, conquering the realms infested by pirates and thieves. However, his commitment to the Third Kingdom ensures these ventures will have to wait, as there is still much to be accomplished on his home turf.
